Registration, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please register at least five days prior to the class. (If there are less than five days, please
contact us directly via one of the methods below to verify that we can still accept your
reservation.) Seats are not reserved until payment (or PO number) is received. Unused prepaid
registrations are converted into a credit (for the original dollar value) toward another class, good
for one year. Alara Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes if there is insufficient
enrollment or for circumstances beyond our control. Registrants receive a full refund in the
event of a class cancellation.
Certificates of Training are typically mailed approximately one week following the class. Alara
Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to withhold a certificate until payment method presented
has cleared and funds are collected.
